LACY - OWNER + INSTRUCTOR
Swimming has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My father founded a swim school over 60 years ago, and I grew up in and around pools, learning to swim through the same gentle, supportive methods I now teach. As a mother of two, I know the importance of patience, encouragement, and creating a warm, welcoming environment—and that’s exactly what I strive to bring to my swim school every day.
I absolutely love working with people, whether it’s guiding students through the water or mentoring our amazing team. I take pride in creating a positive, uplifting workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. Just as I help my students build confidence in the pool, I love taking team members under my wing, helping them grow and thrive.
